Kill Bill Vol. 1, Inglourious Basterds = Great

Kill Bill Vol. 2, Reservoir Dogs, Death Proof = Very good

Jackie Brown = Good

Django Unchained = Garbage. Badly written and edited.

I'm a huge Pulp Fiction fan since 1994 but he fell off the face of the Earth right after that film. He set the bar too high with Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction.

Jackie Brown was his best, to me. But they shoulda never gave this nikka money. The thing I hated most about Inglourious Basterds was that there were beautiful moments in that film, where it was a great epic war film, then he'd just go left with it.

I honestly don't think Tarantino fully understands that the purpose of B-movie source material is to transmute gold from shyt. Not just make in-joke films about shyt.

Inglourious Basterds is a complete shytfest. Total oscar bait. Brad Pitt is not funny and cringeworthy, the didactic allegories of jingoism and all this other bullshyt—we get it, Quentin. You're a good screenwriter.

Hateful Eight is actually a brilliant fukking movie. Blows Django and Basterds out of the water. Some characters were ridiculous but the casting in Hateful 8 was on point, dialogue was tight, and the plot was solid, but as usual he can't help but sneak in weird Asperger Syndrome type shyt that no actual humans really say and everyone being overly clever and smart assed.

It sucks because I actually loved the concept of Grindhouse with the double feature films. I think Death Proof is what ruined it, made it flop and is the reason we'll never see anything like Grindhouse in theaters again. The only thing people remember about Grindhouse are scenes from Planet Terror & the Machete trailer which eventually turned into it's own thing.

Lol @ hating on Inglorious, that's his second movie of that kind after KB. He had KB, IB and Django forming a classic "Trioligy".

Cats are acting as if he he did 15 movies in a row about the same thing. It's like saying thet Scorsese was a parody of himself for making 2 mob movies in 5 years.

I've not seen hateful 8 but I suspect that it might give people, who aren't p*ssys afraid of some blood, violence and powerful topics, the right to hate on him. But hating on Inglorious .

People dont make unpolished big movies anymore, Django is not a serous historic movie. It's a black comedy, cats take shyt too serious.
