The bolded doesn't mean a thing. ROH has been owned by Sinclair Broadcasting for years and they have much deeper pockets than Anthem, yet they haven't reinvested in improving the product.

That's cause Sinclair bought it just for filler programming on their affiliates across the country. Anthem bought Impact because it was a big part of the programming on Fight Network in Canada, which they own.

I think Anthem has a more vested interest than Sinclair even if it's only slightly.
