Then why assume? Why not try to figure out the testable facts instead of remaining ignorant? Its easy to cower beneath a book with no factual or testable value relevant to how our world works or was created. If the bible broke down the elements of the universe that exist and it could be replicated and tested, you think anyone would second guess it? Now, apply that to anything in the Bible. You believe because it is easy, but you have no place in the advancement of this world. Why even bother with modern medicine or technology? All of this is the result of science.

Oh, its testable... the bible makes specific claims about its god. Once the claims are falsified so is the god. Jesus says his believers can ingest poison and not be hurt.

*raises hands*

:blessed: "Will there be one?"

Come on oh believers in jebus. I have some rat poison, I'll send it, you ingest it live on youtube and validate your jebus :lolbron:

truth is none of you have the faith you claim to

In the OT yahweh gives us a test for falsifying gods which requires lighting an altar... how about we build two altars, we get a theist, any theist to pray to their god to light the altar, I'll use science. Whoever gets the altar lit first has proof of what is real and what is fake. It was good enough for yahweh

So we can't discover what is classified as a higher power? :comeon:
what is a higher power? what is God? these terms are meaningless in a scientific context. these words mean completely different things based on those individuals beliefs. there isn't one set definition.

Well we can explore each and everyone of them to see if a discovery matches one of those many definitions. :scheme:

Breh you have some really dumb questions. Hate to be blount.
atheism is not a world view, its simply lack of belief in imaginary god concepts. its the default setting before you get infected by society. atheism is the normal setting, believers in myths claim their beliefs provide them some benefits... the evidence doesnt support it. Period.
