See that's where you wrong. No belief isn't atheism because the term without God.

Theism doesn't mean "God". It's a belief in God. A is not or without. So atheists are people without a belief in god. Its not just they believe god doesn't exist.

So a person who doesn't have a belief in god, and doesn't care/consider it, are atheists. They might only claim agnosticism, but they're still technically atheists too.

If you can't see how not having a god belief is the same as not having a god belief, then I can't help you. Neither atheists nor what you call "full on" agnostics have this belief. It's a matter of understanding logical absolutes, and meanings of words. If we can't even agree that 'theism' means 'a belief in a god' and not just 'god', then you are beyond helping.

Reserving judgement and not accepting the belief that god doesn't exist is one thing but believing that god doesn't exist is not reserving judgement and that's what atheists do.
