This might be the dumbest sentence I've ever seen in my entire existence so far.
How do people like you make it through life?
For the sake of comparison, all holy texts are written by man. Centuries ago. When we believed the entire universe was constructed purely for us. Because humans are so fukking special we need an unimaginable amount of space dedicated to us, yet we can only live on a little globe in the middle of nowhere, dying within minutes if we tried to set foot on other planets.

But man(as we know it) has been here for tens of thousands of years more than likely.....way before what is called modern technology today..... and on top of that, they had striving civilizations..... not sure how the earth was being hostile to their existence pre smartphones

The populations in Africa would certainly be far lower than they are today without technology though the absence of guns would greatly reduce the murder rates. As I said before we are accustomed to the environment we developed in, we can take the sun but cant make vitamin D, CACs can take the cold and make vitamin D, Asians can take alot of cold and barely age.

People who talk about a vague "higher power" like "energy" and "dark matter" to justify there being a God are closet atheists but are just afraid to admit it.

We can come up with thousands of examples of things more powerful and unexplainable to the human mind, but that does not mean you have to worship these forces or that these forces have some parallel to there being some dude in the sky judging you, ready to send you to the depths of hell if you don't have indestructible faith in him or wants to send you to an all expense paid vacation to paradise if you do.

There's a god or a higher power more advanced than we could ever imagine (in other words, god). I don't know how you can look at this vast universe and think it came to be in a big bang. Science tells us for every effect there's a cause, but they believe the universe and life came into existence just because.
