The universe is not infinite tho breh.
It's constantly expanding and has a point of creation
For all intents and purposes it is. Stars are constantly dying & being reborn. The current prevailing theory of the expanding universe, says that one day it will run out of energy & go black. There is also the possibility of dark energy could also at some point trigger the universe to enter another phase before that happens. To get back on point though, there are a huge number of planets in the universe. In just the observable universe there are 100 billion galaxies. Our own galaxy has 300 billion stars, these stars have their own solar systems. This is just in the tiny fraction of the universe that we can observe, let alone what else is out there.
