I believe you may be wrong about that.
Well.. I'm not an expert on the subject, but looking at it simply, the entire world will never agree to subscribe to one religion. That in itself holds us back from unity in the first degree. Even assuming god is real, which one really is? It's like them street hustlas asking you to pick a cup, one with something in it and 2 others with nothing. Out of 10 people, assuming the law of averages, is going to pick each cup 3 times, one cup 4 times. We'll never ALL be on the same page.
I don't believe in religion personally because I have seen far too much substantial evidence GLARING me in the face to accept the concept of a higher being. to believe in religion is to believe that this universe was created for us, which is just an insanely high level of hubris. if only the religious could understand how infinitesimally small in this universe, and how things were really formed instead of the story about one guy making it all.
but fukk it, if you can really find evidence that one guy did make it all, which is peer reviewable, physically and scientifically measurable and repeatable in a controlled setting, then i might believe.
but otherwise, i personally believe in science, logic, and the constant search of truth. not settling for a dusty old book(s) that seem to have gained false legitimacy simply because they've been around for a long time.
but fukk it tho, merry christmas breh!
