I'm Atlanta and while at the gas station filling up the rental to return to the airport I'm behind this dude. In his back pocket a gun. I got a permit to carry but mine concealed, however this dude got his shyt in his back pocket. I took this pic and highlighted. Is this common? Breh had dreds, dark-skinned, gold fronts and hazard warning vest like a construction worker
No, this ain't Arizona where you can open carry all you want. I got my concealed too and I got a clip on the backplate of my Glock to strap to my belt so I can keep in in my pants. I don't see too many people printing out here
I don’t carry but I’m familiar with the gun laws and we have what is called a GA Weapons Carry License and with this permit you can open carry or carry concealed without a holster if you want. It’s not common to see someone carry in such an irresponsible manner but he is perfectly within his rights if he has his license.

Ehh the rules are sketchy. Some states are defined in that if your shirt lifts up and the gun is visible you are open carrying which may be illegal in that state, but others don't consider that open carry because the gun is in the pocket and/or covered by that construction vest.
Theres time when the tail is peeking out the end of my pocket depending on my pants. You'd have to be close and literally trying to look into my front pants pocket to see or notice it but it's there.

A non-resident of Georgia to whom has been issued a firearm license by a state listed above may carry a firearm while in Georgia in accordance with Georgia law. A person who is not among those enumerated as ineligible for a firearm license under O.C.G.A. Section 16-11-129 is not forbidden from transporting a loaded firearm in any private passenger motor vehicle.
It’s pretty easy to get a concealed carry permit here. I couldn’t get one, but I know a few brehs that have them and they still had lightweight records. Nothing violent tho, just trafficking and possession type shyt. GA a redneck state, it’s easy as hell to get a gun down here. I’m still legally able to ride with it in my car tho. Supposed to have it in full view on the seat but I stay putting mine under the seat or in the trunk. Never had an issue.
South side gas stations are notorious for car jackings. Gotta be careful from Camp Creek to ClayCo on that tip. Just kinda the way it is. Not that uncommon to see a breh with his piece in full view like that. Atlanta ain’t Bmore or NO but nikkas will take your shyt here if you not careful.

Most of those old rich Cacs had guns in their cars. Old blue hair ladies with compact 9’s in the glove compartment.
