I got stopped and had suspended license. Legit didn’t know about it. Dumbass camera ticket from East Cleveland, my Cleveland brehs know what I’m talking about. Cop gave me a ticket and I went to get reinstated the next day. Showed up to court and had it thrown out

I'll say this as a insurance adjuster. It's every state.
Then the tolls have cameras collecting data feeding into a database.

There's also private companies who just drive everywhere just reading plates, you don't see it nor do they even tell us who the companies are nor allow us to even be able share it.

I saw a television show a while back that showed that tow trucks in one city also utilizes those readable scanners and that the police in that city can download and review the data from those tow trucks.

My point isn't about what he did IMO this is an illegal search. Just pulling over someone for no reason. Why not randomly inspect peoples homes for illegal activity too?
