I've lived on both coasts, and spent at least some time in damn near every major city in the US. And if you aint from NY, DC, Detroit or LA I want to hear nothing from a nikka about getting money. OK, from the business stand point, Atlanta got the 2nd highest level of black entrepreneurship in the country.

nikkas in them other cities don't even know how apply for a business License. The United Way is throwing money at people right now with a 501 (c)(3) in places like Chicago, Philly, Baltimore, Newark, New Orleans just to teach other black folks how to start a business, write a business plan, do cash flow projections, simple shyt.
