:blessed: Get Todd Bowles on the phone or Dan Quinn on the phone asap Mr. Blank
I'd be thrilled with either two. Especially Quinn. Having defensive coaches of their caliber help in the construction of this defense is very appealing. Dimitroff needs all the help he can get.

And Falcons fans please stop b!tching about Matt Ryan. He is NOT your problem. He's no elite QB but he's still among the best QBs out there right now. Definitely top 10. Arguably top 5. That contract is a hefty load but hey... you gave it to him.

Ryan has a great receiving core and routinely fails against top defences. He is what he is: an above average pocket QB that lacks X factor. Atlanta should consider drafting a playmaker at QB.

I would take Ryan on the Browns.
There is a long list of teams that would take Matt Ryan right now over their current starting QBs. I'd take him in Miami over Tannehill in a heartbeat and thats coming from someone who actually likes Tannehill. THe only downside with Ryan is you are paying him Brady/Peyton/Rodgers type money and he is clearly a notch below these guys even though he has better receivers

Yea that contract is

But I don't think ATL receivers better than Denver.

I hear you. Thats why i always say he's not elite.

I remember when I saw the put that receiving corp together along with Tony Gonzalez i thought to myself "this mofo is gonna put up video-game type numbers" . As seen in the thread i made here 2 years ago.THIS THREAD.
When i saw what Julio could do along with White and Tony i was like "this mofo is gonna look like St. Louis Rams Kurt Warner" :ohhh:. I think i even picked you guys to be in the Superbowl that year.

But then they failed because the running game wasnt there. He needs a good running game and a solid OL to be great.

I dont know breh. Julio is a beast and White is still a top receiver in the league IMO. I'd kill to have them on the Dolphins. Not that Tannehill could use deep threats anyway.

Peyton is a great QB. He can make very good receivers look GREAT and make average receivers look good. Thats what GREAT QBs do. Ryan cant do that IMO

I always felt Ryan was a reputation hire, pressure Vick and the dog issue.

Firing Smitty is the right move, but in typical Falcons fashion they didn't address the root of the problem: that mountain biker vegan GM.
