Atlanta house vs condo

This Is what I went with in the same debate here in DC. I liked having the nice balcony views with a condo, but I also wanted a yard to cook out on. Funny enough If I have a rooftop deck built out I would have a GOAT view of the DC skyline.

But them costs though.:damn:
Luxury buildings these days offer you bbQ grills on the roof that you can reserve. Well at least in nyc they do.

With that being said I definitely have no use for a backyard at all.


It’s also weird to me when I drive through suburbs I almost never see anyone using their lawns or backyards.
