I think alot of nikkas do it in an attempt to preemptively ward off conflict. They wanna give off the vibe of "being hard" without actually doing anything hard...so they get some generic bullshyt on their face to give off the vibe they are a killa or somebody who is down to drill shyt..imo..its just a preemptive defense. Just like nikkas in county jail who talk all loud in the hopes that people buy the act they selling, so they dont have to ACTUALLY fight.
