It depends what part of decatur. The good part (Downtown Decatur / "City of Decatur" -30030 and 30033) is more expensive than living in Atlanta proper and that's probably where all the girls are at. I doubt Ghetto Decatur 30032,30034,30035 has all the IG models you're looking for. Atlanta has a decent job market tho.
