When I went to school in the area, most kids my age were the kids of former D boys or lived in the hood then moved out there so people still kept the mentality which is why South Dekalb is considered "ghetto fab" since most of us started moving there in the mid 90s when they started tearing down the projects, but I believe the neighborhoods around Southwest Dekalb were actually black for a while, while most of Dekalb used to be predom white.

city of decatur is tiny, so probably talking about South dekalb. working in Norcross/Roswell I would not mess with anything that isn't in North Dekalb, traffic would be horrid.
That's Hall Country brehnot even close. They have one of the best parks in the nation. One of best school systems in the state. Plus, The falcons players train out there.
