I just don't see how you lawfully hold Lil Baby accountable. Maybe.....maybe a case could be made civilly. And even then that might be a stretch. Unless there is just more to it that I don't know about.

Well yeah...it would have to be. But if that's the case, just say that. While they up there doing the 3 ring circus, just lay it out and say what you're charging. Now I'm sure if there is an investigation going on, there are things that can't be said.
