"A defense document predating the new indictment said, “Gibson was allegedly arrested for a rape charge where he did not even have sexual intercourse with the alleged accuser. Concerning one sexual servitude charge, it maintains the alleged accuser has never been in servitude.”

Can a coli lawyer explain this? Is it rape because they are saying as a pimp he forced the women to fukk other people:patrice:? And whats a sexual servitude charge

Sounds like the DA is trying to come up off his celebrity status. But it’s kinda wild that he was pimpin on Fulton industrial.

Should have used his little advance and clout to open a “private bartender” service. Sure it’s more work up front, but it keeps 12 off your back.

I don’t even get this they have known cross country internationally famous pimps and players male and female down there as well as in the other larger cities im just not getting this case

I know some law had passed recently under Trump to give pimps harsher sentencing in general irrc. Dont think they have the same energy for the tricks though, wonder why:sas2:.

But thats probably coming soon, women have a tight grip on the steering wheel. They are about to make it where more and more scenarios can be called "rape". Legal verbiage will leave them an opening to make it easier to imprison men at womens behest. It will be like

Lawyer- "Technically he didnt rape her:ufdup:"

Lawyer #2-But technically he did:ufdup:"

It will be the golden era of law. Legal verbiage that will allow you set innocent people free who are of no use. But still jail those innocent who can be of use, with the same verbiage. What im saying now doesnt make sense yet,but it will#WeCanAllBeCosby:wow:

grown or over the age of 18. It seems as if women involved in prostitution no matter what their age are seen as victims even thought many have been for life prostitutities and some of the hardest PIs being female pimps
them trafficking charges aint no joke
even porn companies hesitant to fly girls from outta state these days

You're being sarcastic but we have one poster trying to get him bail money and another saying the da is trying to capitalize on his celebrity.

Thats what bw mean when they talk about lack of accountability.
i believe the bail comment was sarcasm as well.
and DAs do try to capitalize off of high profile cases, that still has no bearing black people holding somebody "accountable".

with all that being said, he's going to trial and will be held accountable, yet people will still sit up here talking about "we need to hold nikkas accountable". Like what the fukk does this mean at this point when he's being held accountable on a tangible legal level?

These anti trafficking laws actually started getting traction under G. W. Bush. In the Obama years you really started seeing these crazy sentences being handed down. You also saw the rise in 501c3 Advocacy groups getting big $$$ to ‘raise Awareness’ about sex trafficking. The hysteria is full blown.
