They're both suburban white rappers that tackle first world issues. That's about it. Slug is 50x the MC Macklemore is, though.

I thought Slug was white originally but apparently heard he was mixed race? But yeah I feel Slug, I'm not sold on Macklemore yet though I'm open minded.

I used to listen to Atmosphere a lot up until about Seven's Travels and then sort of lost interest outside of a random song here and there. Even the second Felt I wasn't even huge on.
The catalog is good though. Slug is a talented MC and his shows are always laid back and cool.
