Attack on Titan 3DS Game Is Coming West Next Month

Jealous that Japan got an Attack on Titan game? Don’t be. Attack on Titan: Humanity In Chains is coming west on May 2015 for the 3DS eShop. You can check out the trailer for it below, or read some of our impressions of the Japanese version of the game here.

ATLUS is bringing the Nintendo 3DS game Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains to North America and Europe this May! It’s based off the latest version of the game from Japan, meaning that it has both local AND online 4-player co-op as well as support for the New 3DS XL system’s C-Stick (and the Circle Pad Pro).
If you’re not sure what the whole Attack on Titan craze is about, the first two episodes of the anime are available for free on the eShop right now.

Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains is coming out for 3DS thanks to Atlus USA, and today they’ve decided to share some of the more gruesome deaths in animated GIF form.
This is a “M” rated title so seeing plenty of blood and death is par for the course. The game has local and online four-player co-op, and supports the New 3DS XL system’s C-Stick and the Circle Pad Pro.

Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains hits North America on May 12, delayed in Europe

European delay due to copyright conflict, game renamed.

Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains will launch for 3DS via the Nintendo eShop in North America on May 12 for $39.99, Atlus announced. It will include a free 3DS theme exclusive to consumers of the game and not sold separately.

In Europe, however, the game has been delayed to “as soon as possible.” This is due to a copyright claim, forcing Atlus to rename the game to Shingeki no Kyojin: Humanity in Chains (its Japanese title) in the region.

Attack on Titan gets U.S. release date!



I for one have been waiting quite a long time to see the Attack on Titan 3DS game make it to the states. Well, we finally have a release date for the U.S. and it’s SOON! From what I’ve read it will be hitting the stores May 12th which by my calendar will be Tuesday!

In Europe there seems to be a copyright issue so instead of Attack on Titan, the game will be called “SHINGEKI NO KYOJIN: Humanity in Chains” which I have to admit sounds pretty cool.
There has been no release date mentioned for the EU region but I can’t imagine it being too far off. Here is a link to the US trailer that was released along with the launch date. CLICK HERE TO VIEW TRAILER!

Now, for what I am most excited about. There is a PS4 game set to come sometime in the future. This is big news as I currently don’t have a 3DS. Attack on Titan 3DS hits Europe on July 2

European version dated following two-month delay.

Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains will launch for 3DS in Europe via the Nintendo eShop next Thursday, July 2 for €29.99, Atlus announced.
The European version of the game will be called Shingeki no Kyojin: Humanity in Chains due to copyright complications.
The game launched in North America last month.
