I'mi did 31k steps yesterday and that's because I played basketball 3 times.

I can't imagine doing another 50k or 70k steps.

No plan to do it regularly.

Last month I just made it a goal to hit 100k before next year.

Ran my first 10k last week. Ran it in about an hour. 55 minutes in my diaphragm started doing that shyt where its contracting and its hard as fukk to breathe. Not gonna lie I might be sick in the head but I love that feeling.
