Some churches just aren't about oppressing gay people (or anyone for that matter). If you want to attend a church that has obvious gay people in the church choir and shyts on them while utilizing their talent and relying on their tithes, thats on you. I'm not about that hypocrisy from the pulpit.

Having fellowship with a sinner and whitewashing it are two different things breh. Should you discrimate against someone based on their sexuality? No. Should you commit violence against the same? No. Should you respect them? Yes. Should you say that the way they live is right? HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL NO. And even in the Bible not all sins are on the same level. But homosexuality is not the pressing issue here. I completely agree with OP in that church effeminizes black men to a certain degree. A lot of things you do you wouldn't accept if you didn't believe in an afterlife :francis:
