i saw SNL in person once. Show was like twice as long as what they show on tv. The cut out all the stuff that didn't go over with the audience. So if you think SNL isn't all that funny just know each episode has an hour of skits that were even worse than what you saw.

I went to SNL before. . They do a run of the show BEFORE they do it for real on live tv. They see what works before an audience and toss out the wack sketches and skits.

I went to the Apollo a couple times back in the day and couldn’t believe how small the auditorium was compared to how it looks on tv.

It was way liver than the cameras could ever capture though.

Meant that I'd attended other tv show tapings before the Chappelle Show. A few at the NBC building, but never remember the room being as cold.

* Meant to ask you, how many episodes did they tape while you were there? Was there a Black family on there? And DID THEY WIN?

For the entire day, they taped 4 episodes. The black family won a couple and then lost to a white family. The black family was from Cali and was funny as fukk. The mom and dad had 2 sons who Steve keep fukking with. shyt was funny as a mafukka
