yes. i mean i havent had it tested officially but you can see every muscle in my body lol. im ripped. and i dont work out because i have to stay in weight for boxing. unless you want me to figgt people naturally bigger than me?

working out for me is running 5 miles an dgoing to the boxing gym and sparring, bagwork, pads etc.
