So you have ears that stick out? So what? I've known guys with fukked up noses, crooked teeth, weight they desperately needed to lose or faces erupting with gigantic zits who got girlfriends. Even if you're below average looking (i.e. have an obvious flaw that hurts your looks), you can still get a girl. Plus ears aren't that bad as far as flaws go anyway. It's not central to your face, you can cover that shyt up with hair or something.
