However, being attractive to a particular women at a particular time is more rare. Being a women's type physically is more rare.

Well it depends on what type of chick you want. If you are looking for the IG thot/Baller Alert type chicks, then having money is going to help substantially. But for most of the mainstream population, you are correct. I used to grow up fantasizing about pushing an S-class Benz. Then I grew up and see all types of "regular" dudes pushing them. It's not impressive to me at all anymore.
