That's part of why the conference is so trash, just 10 years ago, the SEC had a number of respectable head coaches.

Mullen is good, Sumlin is straight, Kirby will be good, Gus is stubborn, Muschamp is ok, McElwain is meh, Bielema is not consistent. Only one elite coach in the conference.
ACC has Dabo, Jimbo, Richt and Petrino.
Big Ten has Harbaugh, Urban, Dantonio, and Franklin.
SEC don't understand that everyone can't be Bama and they keep hiring the same ol' coaches instead looking out of conference and looking at a PJ Fleck, Tom Herman, Dino Babers etc...
