I've read a lot about the way racism against Blacks has been carried out in Latin America, and how that made it so hard for Blacks over there to really mobilize as a collective. One White Brasilian Sociologist, calls it the "cynical and veil' racism.

That's really a great way to put it. IMO, it's one of the final obstacles before you get to seeing this world for what's really going on. White supremacism is a survival tactic, as the original people its up to us to realize our place in this world and take it back. I think as long as there's such strong cynicism towards a world of genuine equality and humanity with no racism we'll have this shyt continue.
