everyone on the clippers team needs to band together and just call off the playoffs and refuse to play for Sterling. Ending the season, (which they were already paid for) and costing Sterling additional revenues. During the offseason they will be traded or freed of their contract and find another home to play. he should be removed quietly & swiftly from the league - it will be tricky since the playoffs are happening though.

the league should bring together mgmt, coaching staff, and the players and explain their removal process once the postseason ends so they can feel comfortable finishing the season and then remove Sterling from having any connection to the team effective immediately
