I think Jada would discuss it openly on her show...I think the only thing stopping her is how deep the rabbit hole will become after, specifically with Will. All these rumors of him dealing with this costar and that costar, some who are married now, etc... It could get nasty, and on top of that it could really mess up his image. They've been making it clear that they don't even consider each other husband and wife anymore, they're life partners...I think that's the most they will give.
