I thought he'd be a decent pick for a team that had a shooter @ PG, had no idea a team would be dumb enough to try and play this dude at the one. And then I saw his jumper and cringed, posted this over the summer -

:scusthov: @ a coach's son having a form like that, but then again whoever is the shot coach for the Celtics must suck if you're looking at Rondo.

He needs to clean up his left hand on his shot, it's too far back and almost in front of his face so when he shoots his left hand is getting a bit of pushing action on it. I had the same problem with my shot when I was little but my father pointed it out to me, not that Im even remotely close to the same talent as him, he could easily clean that up if it's pointed out to him. His left hand just needs to be moved more to the side of the ball and away from his face. And of course, bring the right elbow in more.

If he doesn't fix that he'll never be a consistent shooter since there's no real control over what kind of spin or extra trajectory the left hand puts on the ball.

I really hope he improves. Because right now he plays like a dude who got pulled from the stands and put in the game because the rest of the team had food poisoning.
