I would love to see black folks take over Pflugerville and turn it into a mini-Desoto or Duncanville and then do the same with Manor before they gentrify it for Tesla. Pflugerville is located in a prime location...access to 130/35/45, close enough to the city center but away from the hustle and bustle, easy access to shopping options in Round Rock and airport down 130.
