I really tried to get through the latest Q & A but I couldn't. I get secondhand embarrassment really easily, so when that one Stan started gushing about how much he looked up to Steve while growing up- I had to stop listening.
I enjoyed both parts of Foley's interview. Austin has mentioned time and time again about how one must be their own advocate- Foley echoed those same sentiments. Many have talked about how Zack Ryder was treated and how unfair it was, and while that is true, as Foley said the biggest tragedy was that he never asked
why he was being buried but just accepted being made a fool of.
Speaking of 'burials', he dropped some tea in regards to Dolph's past ones (talks too much, Cena). I thought the criticism of Dolph as a performer was a bit skewed. While I definitely agree that one should pick their spots when it comes to doing high risks maneuvers and whatnot- when it comes to putting on a good match, in Dolph's case, it would be a bit odd to not give it your all when you have the moniker of "The Showoff." Not saying its the best way to be, because everyone has a bump card as they say, but I just don't see him reeling it in.
Lol at him shading Nikki on the sneak. Claiming that Brie isn't as materialistic and he saw that even before he could tell them apart.
Another mentioning of how amazing of a person DDP is- going to bat for Mick after watching his promos.
That Sting promo segue was awesome.
What I like most about Foley is that he is very self aware. He knew that him constantly returning wasn't the best thing, especially when he was put in a segment that was awful on purpose. That honesty is why I would deem the shows as excellent.
