Just finished Ross' latest one with Wade Keller. Really enjoy listening to those two talk wrasslin'. They've done a couple together now I think, hopefully they do them reguarly after the PPVs. Talking of PPVs, found it interesting that they mentioned that the concept of a PPV is changing now that they're included in the Network subscription and that we should expect more of a 'Raw-lite' feel to them now; I must admit it makes sense that they do. I guess the only time we're gonna see a real-payoff is WrestleMania.

Loved how they both have high hopes for the NJPW/GFW show in January. I really think if they do it right, then they will give WWE some real competition - guys like myself that dip in and out of WWE from time-to-time and want a more mature product should be well-catered for and I'm looking forward to seing how it affects the WWE. On the whole wrestling seems to be steadily growing at the moment which is a good sign.

Love J.Rs podcast though; if you don't listen to it give it a go, he doesn't hold back much now he has nothing to do with WWE and he's not bitter at all - he praises the things that are good and knocks the bad stuff but isn't safe with it like Austin/Jericho etc.

I would love if they cut down on the number of PPVs at this point but I know they won't. They need them now to tout how you get a free one per month on the network. But it just feels so many stories are forced due to having to sell the monthly PPVs.

What Austin said about Ziggler is what I've said about him in the past. If you want to be the main event, you gotta at least give people the impression that you can kick some ass. He's great at taking an ass kicking, but he never shows that "fire" imo. Like go back and watch HBK vs The Undertaker or Vader. You gotta get your offense in and it needs to look legit

Except Michaels looked like a sissy in those matches...Ziggler just works the comeback style. All their faces do except Bryan who definitely calls and leads offense in multiple fashions.

I never realized that I liked old school Country music until this past Monday's episode with his brother.

Also, WWE should partner up with Austin once every few months and air a live video podcast with a big name legend on the network like they did with old man Vinnie. They could bring in Rock, Taker, Hogan and Haitch throughout the year for this. The fans would be eating good.

Cosign JR's podcast being great. To me that and MLW with Konnan are the best wrestling podcasts. Austin's is good at times but feels too safe, JR and Konnan ask better questions, and Konnan's is funny.

JR's Vader, XPac, and Holly shoots were interesting. Especially Holly talking about Benoit. Sounded very believable. "How's you and Nancy doing?"

"She's acting like Hitler again"

XPac had some interesting comments on Benoit too. "I didn't know him that well, but he always had a dark aura about him, a sadness or something. He was very polite but I sensed some darkness in Chris."
