Just got done listening to the Kurt show and I've gotta say that since listening to these podcasts it has made me appreciate what those guys do/did for our entertainment a whole lot more. I don't think I've ever fully considered the punishment their body and mind goes through on the road doing this - pro wrestlers should be held in a much higher regard.

When Kurt was talking about the time Brock Lesnar broke his neck with a chair shot and I was just sat there trying to imagine what it would feel like to have that physical specimen (much like a redneck adonis :smugbiden:) slam a steel chair on my head :merchant:

Also loved how Kurt recognised the attitude era as the most entertaining era and how much he enjoyed being apart of certain story lines.

This podcast is officially the GOAT :wow:

Another Gold Medal
Just started listening to the Kurt Angle podcast. Can't believe the training Kurt did in prep for the olympics. I've never ever seen an athlete have such an intensive training programme.

Kurt the gawd :blessed:

Kurt's Olympic training regime :whew:

I think Storm's one was my favourite so far, could listen to that nikka talk for hours (no homo)

Those Olympic training facilities are :wow:

Meals prepared for you, everything state of the art. All you have to do is train, eat and rest. :noah:

I remember reading about it in his book. Squatting 225 like 75 times, 315 40 something times.

Whenever I do squats, I think "if Kurt Angle can squat for 75 reps, your sissy ass can get through a set of 10"

Said he has 4 years left.

Also sounds like he wouldn't mind finishing up in WWE.

More like it sounds like there is no way in hell he is finishing his career in TNA.

Dude said he was going to be loyal to TNA for 1 1/2 more years and he has 4 years left in him.

That Bryan/Angle match gonna be big

Decent interview with Trish. I was glad that the matches that she had with Jazz and Victoria were acknowledged- two women who were/are definitely underrated.

Also I found it interesting to hear that her and Christian teaming up was a last minute idea pitched by Vince.
