punk had the chance to be big I'm not saying he' would of been SCSA , but wwe completely decided to randomly derail his push like they dbry . Orton is on the same level as punk dbry Shame and I say the pop of cena holding his Belt vs punks that time killed ortons response yet ortons Been given a million times to run with the ball and drop it. The cream rises to the top ALS Bret hbk rock Austin etc but people forget wwe gave them actual chances Even when say the ringmaster and rocky maivia flopped before . Wwe does crazy weird booking then says oh people don't want to buy a dbry headlined ppv after we gave them bad booking and make sure we speak on how inferior he Is?? Punk isn't the focus of shows and instead we focusing on cena big show yet blame punk for buys!!!! Makes no sense

Just listened to like 7 episodes over the last two days. Damn good listen. Was listening to Bruce Pritchard and it sounded like some truly fishy shyt went down with the way he went from being an announcer to a top guy in WWF right up under Vince.

I was listening to the Daniel Bryan episode. Great...maybe the best one yet. Him and Austin rolled off each other perfectly. They have alot in common..being so broke breaking in the business. The travel stories...Bryan talking about frail Blandy needing that stretching time and needing that tour bus to get 10 hours of sleep a night to make sure he doesn't fall apart week in and week out. LOL.
Interesting quotes
Can you break down the psychology of Lucha Libre wrestling?- Stone Cold
Oh..absolutely not. I didn't understand any of it. I didn't the language- Bryan

The way he said it. shyt was good stuff.

As always, he credited his mentors and teachers..influences. What British wrestling meant to his advancement compared to the Japanese style that of course made him more of a stand out in the ring.

Another great quote from Austin to Bryan when he was talking abot the responsibility of being a star now and having to carry things on his back now he's in that top guy position.

But you are a star. And you have to realize that and never get a big head. Of course I know you never will. You are a star. You do have those top guy responsibilites. You do carry weight wherever you go. I know you don't want to say that. So I'm saying that to you.- Austin

The beard mainteance stories. LOL.

Going back to his ring psychology lessons from Japan....the intensity change up...the comebacks. Danielson is intricately intelligent in how he views the way Japanese workers get the most out of a crowd.

Another good quote
When you get to a level, it's like people start thinking that it's never your fault anymore. It's the other guy's. But that's never a good excuse. That's part of being that guy. You can't blame anyone but yourself.- Bryan

Bryan was speaking about carrying and it being on him or the TOP GUY to make sure those matches stand out and are good. He already knows. He knows that he has this reputation and it has to be protected and treated with respect...that's why I expect what I see out of him with green guys like Reigns and Rowan from the Wyatts. That's why he got that stuff out of a botching Sin Cara more than anyone has since he got there. That's what Bryan does. He's excellent at masking everyone up and making the match go like fukking clockwork..he carried Rowan by taking bumps, absorbing, getting the crowd into it with hope spots and comebacks that made sense like attacking the legs and arms of a guy that big. That's the genius of Daniel Bryan and why he's already one of the greatest workers in the history of the industry.

Oh yeah...apparently Austin is gonna be the first guest on Jericho's new podcast.

D-Bry episode was awesome. First time hearing him talk about stuff like psychology outside of the Wrestling Road Diaries, good stuff. I really hope there's a part 2 down the line because they wont have to talk about things we already now about DB (training with Shawn and Regal)...I would really like to hear him talk about the experience of working with Johnny Saint, Jushin Liger and being best buddies with Shinshuke Nakamura. Or getting to WWE and his work with Cena or his little interaction with Taker.

Austin loves Bryan so I'm hopeful we'll get part 2 in 2014 :salute:

The Dusty Rhodes interview was great. I find it interesting that while Dusty is a great pick to help out the developmental talent with promos and whatnot, the WWE currently doesn't seem to be on board with his approach. Hmm...maybe things will change in the near future.

The D-Bry interview was pretty good.

I can't @ Austin losing the memory card to the Regal interview. :smh:

I don't really care much for Jericho, but I will tune in to his premiere podcast episode. Having Austin on the show, especially the first episode is a helluva way to kick things off.
