At this point MCU should focus on making the individual projects as good as possible and focus on X-Men. As a casual I'd rather see the best X-Men stories brought to the big screen in the most captivating way possible, no more mid 6.5/10 movies you have to accept because it's part of a bigger picture.
They didn't have a clear cut strategy after End Game. And then they introduce characters and totally ignore them. It looks like The Eternals are DOA, but then they use the ending to create a future story arc. Shang Chi should've gotten a sequel. Wakanda, the most advance country in the MCU is totally ignored. It seems like all of the non white characters are being quietly snapped and the only reason why Falcon got a movie is because they had no choice. He's "Captain America".
Basically, the fans nitpicking calling everything woke ruined the MCU.

I know for a fact a lot of white people called Wakanda Forever woke, Ms Marvel woke, The Marvels woke, The Eternals woke, America Chavez, woke... Black Widow, woke, Task Master woke... Every movie or TV show that had a prominent lead was called woke or got criticized before it even dropped. This was coordinated and it bled over into Star Wars and other Disney IP. The little Mermaid.. woke.
OG Marvel fans got old or older and lost interest to the point they forget movies, characters and story arcs.
So yeah, the fans ruined it. They went from wanting Disney + to show 3 shows a year and 3 movies a year to "it's too much content". Marvel/Disney basically reacted to what fans wanted and then fans switched it up. You can't release that much content and keep people enganged.
And Disney has been leaning on nostalgia for way too long. fukk I want to see old ass Fox characters
they should've just said no to buying Fox and let Fox reboot the franchise. Now they got these weird ass Fantastic 4 characters introducing Galactus in the first movie... And the cancelled Johnathan Majors after slow rolling the Multiverse, then they.....Look the fans and Marvel fukked up.

Well if the fans constantly leak, speculate, trash then not even support the movie in theaters, the studio doesn’t have a chance to fix shyt. And they do dumb shyt like make a 4th Thor movie. At the end of the day there were a lot of mid movies in the first 3 phases.
