Nope. Outside of Rebecca Romijn, none of the original female Fox X-Men actors have been announced as returning in Doomsday.

Also, Doomsday has had a male-heavy cast. Only 5 out of the 27 announced cast members are female.

So there's a storyline I really wanted for them to do to kick off Avengers vs X-Men. The 90s Rogue gets her powers by killing Captain Marvel/Ms Marvel by holding onto her for too long. She takes her powers and her memories too. Captain Marvel dies so the powers end up staying in Rogue. That would be a great way to kick off the war between the 2 teams. They both would feel justified to fight the other.

"The Marvels" (aka Captain Marvel 2) should've introduced Rogue into the MCU (along with Mystique). The plot of that movie should've been what you described (well, not exactly, but the general gist).

Instead, "The Marvels" was goofy and completely unnecessary.
