Don't think it needed much hype soon as they revealed RDJ it was over this shyt might do a billy worldwide first week.

Comic fans can't get enough white dikk in they movies and they got all the OG white dikk in this one comic fans about to spend somewhere between a 100 and a thousand dollars watching this.

Reminds me of when MOS came out and some of my coworkers bought 6 and 7 tickets to see it multiple times over multiple days :mjlol:
"Comic fans" aren't enough for the movie to be successful. They have to draw in "normies" (aka people who generally don't know much or anything about superheroes).

Most normies haven't cared as much about the MCU since Endgame (with a few exceptions). Doomsday need to be a SMASH hit, so they have to build the hype train.

Post to username ratio notwithstanding, you're speaking facts. The Avengers push was a fad--their popularity was manufactured by Disney because they didn't have the rights to the characters that really draw. The X-men always had better characters and stories.
Daredevil had iller stories than the Avengers. (Frank Miller >)
I would even say that the Fantastic Four have better stories and more classic characters than the Avengers if we're going by the actual comics. They kept messing up the Fantastic Four with the movies. They're not as lame as people think.

Lee/Kirby and John Byrne F4 >>>>> any Avengers run in the comics.
When I was a kid in the 90s literally no one gave a fukk about sum damn avengers bruh :mjlol:

Me and my brother and everyone we knew were all about the X-Men

Usually I would agree but not for this. Comic book fans will more than carry it.

It's still crazy that it took Hollywood 26 years to figure out something so simple that the cartoon series nailed immediately.
All they ever needed to do to get the X-men right onscreen is to keep the 80s Claremont-styled storytelling from the comics combined with the 90s Jim Lee costumes. That's it.

I'm still wary since this is Disney we're talking about, but I'm gonna stay hopeful.

I mean, that's definitely not true but alright lol
Respect your opinion but cmon man lol. If X-men weren’t in this the average person wouldn’t care. My girl who don’t give 2 fukks about marvel just text me asking if it’s true the X-men are coming back lol. After that superbowl trailer most people will talk mostly about the X-men and RDJ being back imo.
