As soon as Deadpool & Wolverine did numbers, it was a wrap.

For the next 5 years they're gonna be wheeling out these old heads to do cameos. Each time: the theatre will gasp; we'll cheese for a minute; that one geek in the crowd will be extra and squeal loud and awkward; a bunch of dudes will lean over to explain why this is so cool to their dates.

Then after that hit of nostalgia wears off and we start to question whether the story is actually any good, maybe they wheel out Halle Berry to repeat the "what happens when lightning hits a toad" joke.

And the cycle repeats.

Feige definitely has lost whatever “magic” he had. Just nostalgia baiting now, I can’t speak for everyone but I have never fondly looked at the Fox Xmen. It was horrible then as it is now. And it wasn’t really Xmen but the wolverine movie featuring the Xmen. And you just know Jackman will be in the movie but they are saving it for a “epic moment”.


This was a great opportunity for a brand a bunch of brand new actors to take on these Iconic roles for the Xmen. Marsden cyclops is looked at as a joke why even bring him back. Ian and Patrick are what like in their 70’s or 80’s. I know it might be a one time thing but better to get new faces associated with the characters. And then it seems like Shuri is holding it down for Wakanda.

I think Secret Wars will be the fresh start that the Russos are talking about so it makes sense to involve the FOX X-MEN as this will be their final role so to speak. So I’m looking to see how they’ll go out.

First one is fan service (with a twist) to reel people in, second will be them actually having to try.

I feel they heard the comments about End Game being mid, as well as Infinity War being the best MCU film but flawed and they’ll try to rectify that. We’ll see.
