Crazy thing is this actually happened with Star Wars Episode 1. This was pre-trailers being on the internet days. They announced the Episode 1 trailer was playing exclusively before a specific film (I forgot what movie that was), people in mass bought tickets for that movie, saw the Star Wars trailer, and immediately dipped after.

After Secret Wars just put the whole franchise on pause for several years and come back fresh with a reboot and new actors for the returning characters (Ironman, Steve Rodgers, Black Widow, Hulk and T’Challa).

It’s obvious Disney getting desperate and lackadaisical with the MCU now since they have to rely on nostalgia and bringing back the Infinity Saga castings in order to for the movie to sell.

i don't know comic lore, does Steve have a son? if that's the Steve that went back in time, that would mean the son is an adult in modern time. never heard jackshyt about that character, imagine Doom just offs a baby in the opening scene? they're not gonna make Doom his kid in some convoluted way are they?

He has multiple kids in alternate realities. In one of the recent animated movies Steve had a child with Black Widow. In the main 616 universe he has an adopted son named Ian.
