Doom is just cleaning house playing a major role being menacing per usual. Magneto and X get wiped out after Doom takes Sentry's void powers.

I honestly don't like this reveal...I don't hate that Cyclops goes full optic blast, but it's revealing too much already for me.
It's already giving away something big happens to Scott. Cyclops is the Leader of the squad, always keeps his cool as he knows his power is high-level, but keeps it in check... until something fukks him up... like Jean Grey dying? Unless it was a bigger reason why Scott would go full-power, I am already getting hints that Jean dies again.
Now I don't mind Jean dying, that isn't the point, but this type of 'Wow' moment needs to be saved for the movie to get people talking about when they see it... like, 'YOU NEED TO WATCH DOOMSDAY. THEY HAD A AWESOME SCENE WITH CYCLOPS!' but now everyone knows this is going to happen, and will wait for this scene.
So basically 1. It's already confirming that Jean for me dies again... 2. The Wow moment is gone.

I'm sorry but leaning into the Fox era X-Men films is the most desperate thing the MCU has done. They've had the rights to X-Men a long time now and couldn't be bothered to give us their take without stalling and instead just lean into nostalgia for something that if we're being honest the goggles have made people more fond of that they actually were at the time. This is way worse that bringing back the old Spidermen.

I agree . now that marvel is whole again kill everything .reboot everything. Drope movies on some 007 shyt where actors change but they play the same character.. with minimal character set ups.. just start with the latest marvel retcon and go from there.

Also if we're being real, come on - Spider man and fụcking punisher are not stopping Grey Hulk.
Jean Grey uses telepathy to ultimately stop him then somehow at the end according to the spoilers, she returns to secret wars.
Somehow, I feel this is where the beyonder uses Spiderman to assemble a team in the future and he's linked to X Men via Jean Grey.
Also, this would mean, that there were a younger version of X Men in this universe and that in Doomsday, the entire FOX and Sony universe gets killed off via incursions and betrayal.
