Fox’s X-men had some good movies but poor adaptations of some important characters. Like Cyclops, Rogue, Storm, Psylocke, Jean, etc. Not to say they didn’t do some characters justice like Wolverine, Magneto, Xavier, Deadpool, and Romijn’s Mystique. X2’s opening is up there with The Dark Knight’s opening for me.

I'm an X-Men casual but none of them flicks embraced the colorful, damn near cyberpunk look of the best X-men stories. They are all kind of washed out and gray. X-2 was good but I wouldn't watch it today unless it was on a plane trip.

Never cared for the X-Men movies. Only decent one for me was X2. DOFP was ehh and FC was cool but again nothing that really stood out. A bunch of wack to OK movies. By the time Logan dropped it was too late and I didn't care.
