Said Fakme Janssen would return as Jean Grey, said Psylocke is returning (new actress), said RDJ is playing both DOOM and Ironman, said Chris Evans will be playing three different versions of Captain America....that's all I can remember.

There’s no branched timeline breh.
Logan was the final original Fox-Men movie and took place after DOFP.
This was made clear in Deadpool vs Wolverine.
Any of the Fox-Men you see now are just alternate reality Fox-Men no different to the yellow suit Wolverine who was still portrayed by Hugh Jackman.
He's old and doesn't care.
He's arguably the reason X-Men exist in pop culture past the 80's. He wrote or had a hand in most of the major story arcs that people think of, when they think of the X-Men.
So he probably don't give a f*ck. Marvel might talk to him behind the scenes but they probably won't press him publicly, it wouldn't be a good look.

Deadpool vs Wolverine made it clear, the OG Fox-Men universe/story ended with Logan, which is why the villain wanted to destroy that universe.
And even if we want to go with “it’s a branched timeline” then how is Mystique, who is confirmed to be in this movie here? Mystique who gets killed by Jean Grey in the DOFP reset timeline?

How can you say the X-Men aren’t important when a part of the movie is going to be Avengers vs X-Men?
The “Doomsday” is about trying to stop the incursion between the MCU and the Fox-Men universe which if they collide presumably destroys ALL universes.
