Avengers End Game is an awful awful movie

I’ve seen Infintiy War about 10 times now and only seen End Game just once and I have no desire to sit through that movie again. Terrible awful jokes tedious plot that seems to drag and even the final battle wasn’t as epic and good to watch as the one in Infinity War. How did they go from making one of the greatest movies of all time to that mess in that short space of time?

I will always insist that some of those characters should have stayed dead to actually make the stakes feel like they mattered. It's why I hate the concept of time travel in movies as it literally the easy way out in storytelling.

Endgame was weak af. The animated movie Batman vs Ninja Turtles was better and they came out around the same time.

it was weaker than infinity war, but i consider it a second part of that movie. thinking about it that way after all that action sort of justiifies the pacing. otherwise it would've been 4 straight hours of fight scenes.

They actually didn't. End Game is the emotional payoff for the story told to that point. You may not like it but they didn't mali it in.

That's my opinion. It's unwatchable. It's a slog to get through until the last 20 minutes.

That's a minority opinions tho. Compare that with majority opinions of the final season of GoT. They don't match, you saying they are similar just isn't the consensus.

Its not even a movie. Its a swan song. Its a payoff for hanging around for 20 years. No replay value as a stand alone but that last fight sequence was everything though.

I thought it was a great movie and a perfect way to wrap things up pertaining to those characters as a team.
