how u fastforward 5 years and not even show what happened to Bruce and the Hulk, why the Hulk didn't want to come out in Infinity War and now all of a sudden, he's Professor Hulk with no real explanation

Maybe they'll give Hulk a solo movie and they can explain in flashbacks. They could probably use the movie to introduce She Hulk too

Hulk's whole character arc was underwhelming throughout the entire MCU.
First in icredible hulk we barely see him, and all the loose threads at the end never get addressed.
In Avengers, suddenly he's "always angry" but low key was still a good Hulk outing.
in Ultron the whole black widow romance was
but still that hulk buster fight was piff.
Ragnorok was cool but they low key stole his movie and made it a subplot. but that's nitpicking i guess.
Infinity war starts off like

End game i was like ok he about to get some redemption and beat thanos ass, then they introduce professor hulk out of nowhere seemingly but fukk it i'm still down.
By the end of the movie he's crippled and never got an action set piece. And i'm sitting there like this is what we were building up to for 10 years?

Due to the rights issues Hulk can't get solo films anymore. She Hulk is getting a series on the Disney service so she won't appear until then. The Russos say Hulks arm is permanently damaged
Unless he appears in someone else's movie it's a wrap for Hulk unless a future director can retcon that bullshyt

I think it would be easy to recon though. THey can just have him turn into grey hulk and say Grey Hulk has the ability to regenerate. edward nortan was a much better hulk imo wish they kept him..but ya made him into joke instead of showing his true power
He got his ass handed to him by Thanos and even in his enraged state he realized he couldn't beat Thanos with just pure strength. He was outclassed by a better fighter, and couldn't just use his anger anymore. He was shook.
