This looks like it has potential
I caught some of it last night before Curb came on. It seemed pretty funny. Might be checking out. I'll go back and watch the whole episode.
Idk man...this shyt was painfully unfunny to me. Most jokes fell flat and Josh Gad ain't it.
There is potential here....but the pilot was bad.
That shyt was awful.
If there was ever a legit reason to ask "Why does this exist" or "Who asked for this", Avenue 5 is it
This was horrible, could be just a bad pilot though
Ehhhhhhh the timing was way off
Dude who created Veep did this so ima give it another chance
I laughed at the Jared scenes. Sometimes. I’ll give it a few episodes
@ residual effect of Jared.
I'll give it some more episodes because Pilots are usually bad, but it wasn't all that funny.
I guess they were trying to do a "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" British Sci-Fi comedy kind of thing, but they weren't doing a great job (yet):
I'm not hearing good things, but I need to at least watch Episode 1, but apparently the 4 eps the critics got don't get better
People must be sleeping on this show because I haven't seen that much discussion on it online which is a shame because it is funny as hell.
This show has all the right cast members but the execution is not there. Hugh Laurie is a comedy veteran and Zach Woods has been a low key real funny dude since the Office but Josh Gadd doesn't work in live action and the jokes fall flat.
I think this is a one season show like the Brink and I think The Brink was the better show by some margin.
The Brink should've never got the boot
I've been seeing the previews and cannot figure out what this is supposed to be about even.
