The problem in America is the whole "love me the way I am" culture and propaganda. On the one hand this can be good for self esteem and all that, but on the other hand it gives some women an excuse to be lazy, unhealthy fat asses.

Countries like Brazil have a different culture where the women try to be thin and sexy as possible, whether through exercise or surgery. Yeah the surgery bit is a little extreme there...but you can't argue with overall results

Idk if you meant 5'4 or 5'6, but most 5'6 165-170 women are not hippos (overweight yes, but hippos no). There is this thing called the body gallery where women are able to see what weight looks like on other women with the same height. All of these women are 5'6 160-170:

There is a large variety of shape and sizes for women in America. There's no shortage of fit or short or tall or thick women of any type. The country with the highest obesity rate in the world is actually Mexico, not the USA. And the women are fat and square too, which makes it even worse

That's what the concept should mean, but I have encountered far too many people to use that concept to mean they can be lazy and should be loved no matter what. I've dated at least five women with that mindset. I would talk about hitting the gym and they would say how they don't have time for that or what's the point. I'd tell them that's gone catch up with them and get hit with the "you should love me no matter what line".

Is this how warped the US has become when it comes to body image, that 5'4" 120-130lbs is viewed as "small"? Around the world, that's called AVERAGE body size.

They are sloppy, my lady is 5'3" 126lbs and is plump in the right areas. I cannot imagine her with an additional 30+lbs tacked onto her frame, these chicks are sucking in their guts and taking pics and STILL look sloppy to me
