How breh? I'm 26 a skinny nikka that basically done no exercise in about 5 year. Where do I even start?
First of all... You're only 26.
And since you haven't really done shyt, you haven't ran into the bullshyt injuries I've ran into because I've been lifting since like middle school
Just start off first. Get into a routine. It doesnt need to be at a gym at first. I first started doing nothing but body weight exercises because I was trying to box. Being bulky didn't work well with boxing
Then I switched it up to football, where I had to get my number up. Basically start with push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups. Master that shyt and then get into the irons... But even body weight exercises will get you right
Your whole thing is starting tho. It has to become habit. Also, focus on your own goals. When I was young, I wanted to be skinny, semi-strong, and ripped. Eventually, I just wanted to be strong.figure out what you want for yourself
