I'm not going into detail on my daily workouts... Everything in here is just before bed. :smugdraper:

I got PT in about 6 hours... But who gives a fukk

Edit: also 650 and counting :win:

I put off Yoga for a long time on some, "That's for fakkits and white women" bs, but it put me on my ass when I started last October and I've been in it heavy since then :lawd:

Nah, I give props to yoga

By far, one of the most difficult yet rewarding things Ive ever done. I've actually contemplated doing a hot-yoga class with some of my female coworkers

Why do people skip leg day?
Because it's hard, not a lot of fun, and doesn't easily show results.....


But a good leg day works the entire body, increases your growth hormones, and makes you proportionate/sexy to women.


I got a good regime for Coli-ladies legs/glutes are my specialty... Just holla at me :win:

How breh? I'm 26 a skinny nikka that basically done no exercise in about 5 year. Where do I even start?
First of all... You're only 26.

And since you haven't really done shyt, you haven't ran into the bullshyt injuries I've ran into because I've been lifting since like middle school

Just start off first. Get into a routine. It doesnt need to be at a gym at first. I first started doing nothing but body weight exercises because I was trying to box. Being bulky didn't work well with boxing

Then I switched it up to football, where I had to get my number up. Basically start with push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups. Master that shyt and then get into the irons... But even body weight exercises will get you right


Your whole thing is starting tho. It has to become habit. Also, focus on your own goals. When I was young, I wanted to be skinny, semi-strong, and ripped. Eventually, I just wanted to be strong.figure out what you want for yourself

How many push-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups you suggest a day?

Yeah the routine thing is hard but I gotta get into before it's too late. I'm not really :flabbynsick: just yet but I'm not tryna be either
