I workout everyday. Friday is my back day, just did legs today... Beasted it btw :youngsabo:


This is shyt anyone can do at anytime. I'm smoking, drinking, watching YouTube vids, and doing homework whIle doing this shyt.... Trying to create some competitive spirit with u nikkas. Push-ups are easy... Get to work :birdman:

I forgot this is the Ladies (locker) room... So I have neglected the ladies.

No worries, keep the push-ups to a minimum (sets of 5-10 reps) but not shyt is stopping you from doing sets of 20-25 body weight squats. Legs are the most important feature to women from my experience and I agree.

Chick I'm crushing on did her sets and ran 3 miles after :usure:... As you can see, that's one reason why I'm crushing on her:sadcam:

What about diet? Been hitting the gym for about a month straight now (that's progress to me so fukk off) but I can't kick the diet. How is your diet affecting you?

I don't even call what I do a diet breh. Despite all the drinking and smoking, I eat pretty clean. Lean chicken mostly, sometimes salads because I understand that I don't eat as clean as other njggas. I don't call it a diet, it's a lifestyle.... More of a habit than anything. I drink/smoke but I eat salads, protein shakes, brown rice, etc. Food is fuel, and because I like drinking so much I cut back on bullshyt. I'm not as organic as some cats but this shyt isn't for the wannabe superhero nikkas. Salads, egg whites, brown rice, protein shakes, and water unless I'm drinking

And btw... That's not some of the celebrities tell you nikkas. They ballin in videos and shyt, but a lot of them got a nikka that cooks for them or gets them the food they ask for. It's not all lemon peppered wings and shyt. Being a part of the party lifestyle, it's give n take. Some of these cats give up a lot of shyt to keep the sex appeal or w/e it is they need especially on tour. Same reason Adrian Bromer blew up to 180lbs on tour compared to vets.

AB is a boxer tho, he's a professional at dropping weight. But that shyt still doesn't help in the long run and doesn't apply to the average dude

I couldn't stand not going to the bathroom as much :beli:

Should I not worry about that shyt, just hit the weights and I'll naturally feel hungrier as I add on muscle? :ld:

One of the main reasons I made the thread. Getting swoll ain't gonna protect you from everything, but a lot of cats becoming victims out here. I'm just trying to help some nikkas out online. If you dont need to do shyt then more power to you

Honestly, I just want to see nikkas stay strong. I can relate to the drinking, smoking, etc., but that ain't all. Everyday I got some nikka hating on what I do no matter what color they are. It was my sister that told me to stunt on these nikkas. They won't respect you otherwise

Also what are the rules for cardio ? I'm 2-3 miles a day.
