First time I'm hearing this... don't know if its the quitting smoking but I'm finding different music appealing, this is pretty :blessed:
The rest of the album got bangers like this?

I'm a skinny dude naturally, I did the whole "bulking" thing which just involved me eating a heck of a lot and training the arms here and there :bryan:

I couldn't stand not going to the bathroom as much :beli:

Should I not worry about that shyt, just hit the weights and I'll naturally feel hungrier as I add on muscle? :ld:
Not going to the bathroom??:dwillhuh:

If anything, eating more and taking protein will make you shyt more regularly.

It depends on your goals bruh. The more you lift the hungrier you becom imo... Same with cardio. Why you think Goku ate like a muthafukka:troll:

Just depends on your body type and resources to eat. It's good to eat clean, but more so if you've already gained the mass you wanted

But what about us brehs that drinkin IPAs and other craft brews... Can we still get down ?

Also what are the rules for cardio ? I'm 2-3 miles a day.
I don't even know what IPA's are

I stay away from beer because I drink to get drunk. If that's not you then don't do it. If you drink to chill, a beer or 2 is only a couple hundred calories per beer... Not too bad.

And cardio, 2-3 miles 3-4 times a week is cool. I usually do 20 minutes of some type of cardio that gets me sweating before a workout. I usually kill my workouts with kettlebells though... By far my favorite exercise btw

Bread is what my old HS coach told me to use to gain weight... Not necessarily a good weight. I don't recommend it unless you got a number to reach. Once I got to a certain weight, I cut that bread shyt out

Indian pale ale. A beers that have emphasis on their hoppy taste and usually pack a bigger punch than popular beers. Right now I'm sippin on an 11% double IPA. They're good for chillin and they also get the job done. Just so you know.

Yeah the breed of dog I own is a work dog so exercises is a must thus the 2 miles a day. I'd love to get into strength exercises maybe bulk a bit but stay lean. Will kettles do that for me ? Don't really feel like going to the gym.

That's wassup... I'll look into that. I'm all about trying to get faded but stay in good shape. What's the brand?

Kettles are by far the BEST exercises I've FELT like I've done to stay lean and develop muscle. That's just my feeling. I cut back because I was having lower back issues, but I love the fukk out of kettlebells. I rather do those any day compared to running.

Kettlebells swings is a form thing though. You got to have correct form or else they will fukk your lower back up. But I love them magne. I rather do a thousand kettlebell swings than run a mile.

Oh btw... My secret to doing 50+ is simply tricking my mind to think im not doing shyt. I count 4 push-ups = 1 rep. So 4 push-ups x 5 reps is 20... And I go to 12 reps + 2 which = 50.

So in my mind, I'm only count 12 reps but really doing close to 50 push-ups. Do that for 10 sets throughout a night = 500 push-ups in no time

Everything is mental... Thank me later:youngsabo:
